Products & Raw Materials
Our products are manufactured in Oftering, Upper Austria.
Since 2017, Natural Power has been a subsidiary of the Almi Group. As a traditional family business Almi has been a successful partner of the international food industry for 3 generations and looks back on almost 100 years of experience.
Our products are produced under the strictest hygiene and food standards, and our production processes meet the highest quality certifications. As part of the Almi Group, we benefit from numerous certifications in the field of food production. This ensures consistent quality and product safety.
We develop and produce our products ourselves. Experienced, specially trained employees are continuously working to evaluate and improve existing products and to develop new, innovative products. Additional security is provided by strict product controls, state-of-the-art processing methods and the testing of all our products in our in-house laboratory.
Our raw materials come as far as possible from the EU. By short transport routes, we thereby reduce our ecological footprint.
Yes – all raw materials that we use for our products undergo various quality checks in our in-house laboratory. This way, we can ensure the highest quality standards and make sure that only the best ingredients go into our products.
A variety of our products are suitable for a vegan lifestyle. This includes all products in the categories Plant Proteins, Iso Fit & Electrolytes, Supplements & Vitamins, as well as Creatine, EAAS, the High Performance Booster, and other mono products.
Additionally, our whey protein powders are suitable for a vegetarian lifestyle. Whey concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysate are considered vegetarian raw materials. They primarily arise as by-products of cheese production. But beware: some flavors or additives may not be vegetarian!
At Natural Power, we clearly label all products as vegetarian or vegan. This way, you know exactly what's in it – and what fits your lifestyle.
Because we do what we really love – and what we do best. Our heart beats for sports nutrition in powder form. We are true specialists in that. Through our parent company and production site in Upper Austria, we have the perfect infrastructure and the right experts by our side – with passion, experience, and the necessary know-how. This results in quality you can feel – and products we stand behind 100%.

Customer account
You don't need a customer account to order from us. You can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers you advantages.

A customer account brings you the following advantages:
- Overview of your orders
- 10 Euro birthday voucher
- Save multiple addresses
You additionally benefit from our bonus system. This means: For orders with a minimum order value of 70 Euro, 100 Euro, and 160 Euro, you can add free bonus products to your order.
No - a separate registration is required for our newsletter. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time in a customer account under "Newsletter Subscription".
You can easily set a new password in your customer account under the section "Change password". Please check your inbox afterwards to confirm the change via email.
If you forget your password, you can create a new one. To do this, visit our Login Page and click on "Forgot Password". Then follow the instructions.
If you wish to delete your customer account, please contact us via email. We will then initiate everything.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes after completion of the order via email . If your payment process is already completed, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Please send us your bank details for this.
Please note: The processing of your cancellation will only take place during our service hours.

Payment methods
The following payment methods are available to you in the Natural Power Webshop:

- PayPal
- Advance payment
We want to make payment as easy as possible for you. For this, we offer you several secure payment methods: prepayment, PayPal, and credit card.
We do not currently offer traditional purchase on account – so simply choose the option in the ordering process that suits you best.
Currently, we are unfortunately unable to provide your invoice automatically. We are already working on offering this service soon.

Delivery
The delivery takes place only after the completion of the chargeable order.
The shipment is carried out within 1-3 business days by Österreichische Post AG to the delivery address you provided.
The selling prices of our products do not include shipping costs. These are charged separately and depend on the order value and the country of delivery.

Austria: € 4.90 shipping costs // free shipping from € 59.00 gross
Germany: € 9.50 shipping costs // free shipping from € 79.00 gross
rest of the EU: € 17.50 shipping costs // free shipping from € 89.00 gross
Please note: Depending on the country, deliveries abroad may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees that are not included in the total price shown.

Currently, we unfortunately cannot yet provide you with the tracking number of your order automatically. Although the shipment is carried out with a trackable parcel service, our system is currently not linked to the shipment tracking.
We are already working on offering this service soon, so you can conveniently track your delivery yourself in the future.

We ship your order within 3 business days with Austrian Post. If you are not met at the time of delivery, a notification from the post should be left in your mailbox.
If there is no notification, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to provide you with the tracking number of your package so that you can check the current status.

Complaints & Returns
Have you changed your mind? No problem!
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after completing the order by email. If your payment process has already been completed, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Please send us your bank details.

Missing products will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect goods can be returned unopened and in original packaging within 5 working days after receipt free of charge. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept opened products for reasons of food law and hygiene.

If your merchandise is damaged, you will naturally receive a replacement product!
Damaged products do not need to be returned. Please send us photos of the damaged product or the shipping box and keep the products for at least 7 business days in case a return is necessary.

This is how it works:
- Please contact us by email and let us know your concern.
- For returns: Send the package to Almi GmbH, Baumgasse 64, A-1030 Vienna
- After receiving the return you will receive your money back as soon as possible to your bank account or a replacement product by arrangement.
Important: Please indicate at the post office “Postage paid by recipient” so that no costs are incurred for you.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide you with a return label. However, returning products is, of course, free for you!
How it works:
- Please contact us by email and let us know your request.
- For returns: Send the package to Almi GmbH, Baumgasse 64, A-1030 Vienna
- After receiving the return you will get your money transferred to your bank account as soon as possible or a replacement product by arrangement.
Important: Please specify “Postage paid by recipient” at the post office to ensure no costs incur for you.

We regularly thank our community with great actions!
- In our SALE category you will find discounted products throughout the year.
- At special times of the year – like Black Week, Christmas, or the Natural Power Birthday – you can also expect special actions with embedded discounts or exclusive discount codes.
- Our newsletter subscribers and regular customers with an account also benefit from special advantages and exclusive discount codes and birthday vouchers.
Please pay attention to:
- the promotion period during which the discount code can be redeemed
- the specified discount conditions
- the products in your shopping cart
Discount codes are generally NOT redeemable on:

Our regular customers receive an exclusive 10 Euro birthday voucher once a year. To do this, you need to register and have a Natural Power customer account. There you can enter your date of birth in your personal data.

First things first: Your birthday voucher is linked to your customer account and not transferable to other people. So only you can redeem it.
