Data Protection GDPR

Declaration of Information Obligation

(Privacy Policy in accordance with GDPR 2018)

The protection of your personal data is especially important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively based on the legal provisions (GDPR). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

This privacy policy applies only to this website. If you are redirected to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself directly on the redirected website about how your data is handled there. Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, email address, phone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with Austrian data protection law. The following provisions inform you about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection, processing, and use of personal data.

As a user, you consent to data processing in accordance with this declaration. The current version of the GDPR can be found at https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/DE/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:02016R0679-20160504&qid=1692263803044.

Inventory Data

Without your explicit consent or legal basis, your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the scope of the contract. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked for further use. After the expiry of tax and commercial regulations, this data will be deleted unless you have explicitly consented to further use.

Your personal data, insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content design, or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for contract processing. For example, to deliver goods, your name and address must be passed on to the supplier.

Contact

If you contact us via the form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases.

The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files. When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website:

  • the requested page (URL)
  • the browser and its version
  • the operating system used
  • the referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • hostname and IP address of the accessing device
  • the time of the server request

If cookies are disabled, the functionality of our website may be limited.

Information about the cookies and the ability to change your selection regarding them can be found here: Cookie settings

Web Analysis with Google Analytics

Our website uses features of the web analysis service [Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA]. Cookies are used for this purpose, which allow an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.

The IP address is recorded, but immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits] pseudonymized.

Data processing is carried out based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offering and our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

The user data is stored for a period of 38 months.

You can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIP()", so that IP addresses are only processed in a shortened form to prevent direct personal reference.

Your Rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.

Information

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to free information about your stored data and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can, for example, send questions to the following email address: (office@consulio.at)

Data Storage

We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner within cookies, as well as the name, address, and credit card number of the purchaser.

The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date are also stored until the expiration of product liability (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
