Our T&C
Scope
Since 2017, Natural Power GmbH has been a subsidiary of the Almi Group. As a traditional family business, Almi has been a successful partner of the international food industry for 3 generations and looks back on almost 100 years of experience. The purchase contract is concluded with Almi GmbH.
For existing business relationships as well as for all future business with Almi GmbH, the following General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively. They must be acknowledged and form part of every contract. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges these conditions and is irrevocably bound by them. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized by Almi GmbH.
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the version valid at the time of the order apply to all orders in the online shop at www.naturalpower.at.
Order
Orders placed by the customer constitute a binding offer. Orders are processed within one working day. In the event of exceptionally high order volumes, capacity-related peak loads, or short-notice bundled orders from multiple customers, delays in processing the order may occur. After receipt of the order, the customer receives an order confirmation in PDF format by e-mail. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely documents receipt of the order. All orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed from the following working day onwards – taking into account increased order volumes. Excluded from this is the annual company holiday from 24 December up to and including 06 January. Orders received during this period will only be processed from the first following working day after the end of the company holiday. Processing of the order depends on the product and availability in stock. The processing and delivery time for received orders is up to five working days + usual shipping time according to the shipping service provider.
Prices, Delivery and Shipping Costs
The prices stated on the website are in euros and include the legally applicable VAT.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. The amount of shipping costs is displayed to the consumer during the input process, before the order is completed with an obligation to pay.
Conclusion of Contract
Unless a contrary written agreement has been made, all offers from Natural Power are non-binding and without obligation. The customer’s offer becomes binding for them by clicking the “Place order with obligation to pay” button. Please note that after receipt of the customer’s order in the online shop, a separate confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent. Such a confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
Almi GmbH is entitled to expressly accept the contract offer (= the consumer’s order) by handing over/sending the goods, the order confirmation, or the invoice.
Depending on which time occurs first, the contract for the purchase of products becomes legally effective upon sending the order confirmation/invoice or upon delivery of the goods.
Almi GmbH is entitled to reject acceptance of the order or to limit the order to a customary quantity.
Right of Withdrawal
For customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the following provisions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
