Defective goods? You have a right for at least two years.

Any goods you buy in the EU must match their description and be fit for their usual purpose. If they are not, the seller must put them right free of charge – regardless of any manufacturer’s guarantee and without you having to pay extra for it.

You can find detailed information on this at "Your Europe".

The official announcement

Information on the legal guarantee

This is how you assert your rights

Step 1

Report an issue

Tell us what isn’t right. The order number and a photo help, but they are not required.

Step 2

Choose repair or replacement

You generally decide whether the goods are repaired or replaced. Both are free of charge for you.

Step 3

Reduce the price or withdraw

If neither is possible or it fails, you can reduce the price or withdraw from the contract.

Two years

Minimum duration from receipt of the goods is 2 years. In some Member States, a longer period applies.

Free

Repair or replacement at no cost to you, including shipping and labor.

At the seller

Natural Power is your point of contact.

Warranty and Manufacturer's Guarantee

Two different things that apply side by side. One does not replace the other.

Statutory warranty

  • Always applies, for every product, automatically
  • Obliges the seller
  • At least two years, free of charge
  • Cannot be contractually restricted

Manufacturer’s guarantee on durability

  • Voluntary, only for designated products
  • Obliges the manufacturer
  • Longer than two years, at no additional cost, for all goods
  • In addition to the statutory warranty

Note on the manufacturer's warranty: Our products do not come with any additional voluntary manufacturer's warranty.
