Cancellation of your order
You changed your mind? No problem!
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you (or a person designated by you) have received the goods.
After your cancellation, we will refund the purchase price including delivery costs no later than within 14 days. The refund will be made to the bank account you have provided – there are no fees for you.
Please note that, for hygiene and food-law reasons, we only accept returns of unopened and originally packaged goods. Please send the goods unopened and in their original packaging within 14 days after cancellation to:

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.

Are you not satisfied with a product or did it arrive damaged? We're sorry!
Your satisfaction is our top priority - you can return the product to us within 5 working days of receipt free of charge.
Here's how it works:

- Upon receiving the return you will get your money transferred to your bank account as soon as possible or a replacement product upon agreement.
Important: Please indicate " Postage paid by recipient" at the post office so that no costs incur for you.
