Cancellation of your order

Changed your mind? No problem!

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after order completion via e-mail . If your payment process is already completed, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Please send us your bank details for this purpose.

Are you not satisfied with a product or did it arrive damaged? We're sorry!

Your satisfaction is our top priority - you can return the product to us within 5 working days of receipt free of charge.

Upon receiving the return you will get your money transferred to your bank account as soon as possible or a replacement product upon agreement.

Important: Please indicate " Postage paid by recipient" at the post office so that no costs incur for you.
