Ordering in the Natural Power Online Shop

To place an order with us, you don’t need a customer account. You can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers you advantages such as an overview of your orders or saving multiple addresses.

Ordering process - 7 steps to your favorite product

1. Log in to your customer account . Alternatively, you can also order as a guest.

2. Browse our shop
Under Products you will find our entire range. You can also browse the individual product categories, sort products by features or training goals, or search using your own search terms.

3. Shopping cart
Found something? Perfect! Choose the package size and the appropriate quantity and add the product to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to cart". You can edit your shopping cart as often as you like - add and remove products or change the quantity. You can find your shopping cart in the top right by clicking the shopping cart icon. Once you have added all products, click "Next step" to enter the delivery address.

4. Delivery address
Enter the desired address to which the order should be delivered and accept our privacy policy. Click "Next step" to choose the payment method.

5. Choose payment method
Choose the appropriate payment method and click "Next step".

6. Place order with payment obligation
Check all details again, such as billing and delivery address, payment method, and your order. By clicking "Place order with payment obligation" you complete your order. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

7. Shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days via Austrian Post.
