Delivery and Shipping Conditions

The sales prices of our products do not include shipping costs. These are charged separately and depend on the order value and the country to which delivery is made. The shipping costs can be found in the shipping cost table below.

Please note: Depending on the country, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international deliveries, which are not included in the total price displayed.

The delivery will only take place after the completion of the order that requires payment by the buyers.

The shipping is carried out within 1-3 business days by the Österreichische Post AG to the specified delivery address. Partial deliveries are permissible. No additional shipping costs will be charged. Complaints about partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to reject further deliveries or the entire order.
