Delivery and Shipping Conditions

The sales prices of our products do not include shipping costs. These are charged separately and depend on the order value and the country to which delivery is made. The shipping costs can be found in the shipping cost sheet below.

Please note: Depending on the country, deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees that are not included in the displayed total price.

The delivery takes place only after the completion of the order requiring payment by the buyer.

The shipping is carried out within 5 working days by the Austrian Post AG to the specified delivery address. Partial deliveries are permitted. No additional shipping costs are charged. Complaints about partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to refuse further delivery or the entire order.
