Delivery and Shipping Terms
The sales prices of our products do not include shipping costs. These are charged separately and depend on the order value and the country to which delivery is made. The shipping costs can be found in the shipping cost overview below.
Please note: Depending on the country, deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the total price shown.
Delivery takes place only after completion of the paid order by the buyer.
Shipping is carried out within 5 business days by Austrian Post AG to the specified delivery address. Partial deliveries are permitted. No additional shipping costs will be charged. Complaints regarding partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to refuse further delivery or the entire order.
