Preparation:

• Shake 30 g protein powder (approx. 3 heaping tbsp) with 250 ml water

Recommended use:

• Shortly before training for more power
• After training for quick muscle nourishment
• As a snack
• One to three shakes daily

For an even richer taste, mix your Vegan Protein with a milk alternative. However, note that the nutritional values will change!
