Our high-quality 5-component protein impresses with a short ingredient list and combines five premium protein sources: whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, soy isolate,
egg white protein, and sodium caseinate.
The optimal composition of the different protein sources supplies your body with biologically high-quality amino acids short-, medium-, and long-term. The delayed
absorption (time-release effect) of the various protein sources enables a continuous protein supply over a longer period. With its high protein content, our 5K Protein not only supports you in building muscle but also in maintaining muscle mass.
Perfect mix for the long-term supply of your muscles
The contained whey protein is primarily known for its fast availability and is therefore particularly effective in the morning and immediately after training. In contrast, milk protein has a lower biological value and is absorbed more slowly and utilized by the body, thus providing the muscles with essential amino acids evenly over several hours. This is especially important at night to counteract muscle-breaking processes. Each serving provides you with a protein content of over 20 g (per serving) and high-quality BCAAs.
