Our Iso Fit Sports Drink is the optimal solution: Our hypotonic beverage powder consists of dextrose as well as valuable minerals and vitamins. It ensures effective hydration through high-quality grape sugar and helps to balance your electrolyte levels.
Vitamins such as vitamin C, B6, and niacin contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Additionally, our Iso Fit Sports Drink stands out with good solubility, refreshing taste, and a wide variety of flavors.
1: Carbohydrate solutions contribute to the improvement of physical performance during intense and long-lasting physical exertion in trained adults. The beneficial effect only occurs in trained adults who perform intense (min. 65% of VO2max) and long-lasting (min. 60 minutes) physical exertion.
2: Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical exertion that leads to muscle and glycogen depletion in skeletal muscles. The positive effect is achieved by consuming a total of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight from all sources in divided doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the end of the very intense and/or prolonged physical exertion.

Preparation:
- Mix 32 g of powder (approx. 2 tbsp) with 1 liter of water
Usage:
- 1-2 servings daily
- during your activity to provide high-quality glucose
- after your activity to balance electrolyte levels
