1 Vitamin C, Niacin, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Biotin, and Vitamin B12 contribute to a normal energy metabolism.
2 Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intensive and/or long-lasting physical activity leading to muscle exhaustion and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles. The positive effect is obtained by consuming a total of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg of body weight from all sources, in multiple doses in the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the end of the very intensive and/or long-lasting physical activity.
This product is intended for trained adults who engage in intensive and long-lasting physical activity and thus have exhausted their muscle and glycogen stores.

Preparation:
- Mix one serving (16 g) with 500 ml of water
