L-citrulline: At 5 g/serving or a maximum of 15 g per day, side effects are not to be expected – if symptoms occur, start with a lower dose (from 2 g/serving or 4 g/day) and increase slowly.
L-arginine: Consumers who are being treated with blood-thinning medicines (e.g. Marcumar) should only use the product after consulting a doctor. L-arginine should be taken with medicines containing nitrates (e.g. amyl nitrite) or potency-enhancing agents with active substances such as sildenafil, vardenafil or tadalafil only after consulting a doctor. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, children, adolescents and people who have suffered a heart attack should refrain from use.
Beta-alanine: At single doses of more than 0.8 g, the side effect paraesthesia may occur.
Storage:
Store at room temperature (< 25°C), in a dry place and protected from light. After opening, be sure to close again airtight. Keep out of reach of children.
