In contrast, milk protein has a lower biological value and is thus absorbed more slowly and utilized by the body, which means that the muscles are supplied with essential amino acids evenly over several hours. This is particularly important at night to counteract muscle-degrading processes. Each serving provides you with over 20 g of protein (per serving) and high-quality BCAAs.
