Scope
For existing business relationships as well as for all future transactions with Almi GmbH, only the mentioned terms and conditions apply. These must be acknowledged and are part of every contract. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the present GTC and is irrevocably bound by them. Almi GmbH does not recognize any terms and conditions that deviate from those of the customer.
Order
Orders received by Almi GmbH before 12 noon will be processed on the same business day. Orders received on working days after 12 noon will be processed on the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Order processing depends on the product and stock availability. Generally, the processing and delivery of received orders take two to three business days. The postal route is not included.
Prices
All prices mentioned on the homepage are stated in Euro and include the applicable statutory VAT.
Conclusion of Contract
Our offers and prices are subject to change without notice. The contract is concluded after the buyer's online order has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
For customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the right of withdrawal applies according to the following provisions.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Almi GmbH, Hörschinger Straße 1, 4064 Oftering, Tel.: +43 7221 733 99 790, Email: office@naturalpower.at by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs that result from you choosing a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Almi GmbH, Hörschinger Straße 1, 4064 Oftering, Tel.: +43 7221 733 99 790, Email: office@naturalpower.at without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of them that was not necessary for checking the condition, features, and functionality of the goods.
No right of withdrawal exists for:
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that can spoil quickly, or whose expiration date has passed;
- Goods made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal was removed after delivery;
- Goods that, due to their nature, were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
Delivery Conditions
The sales prices of our products do not include transport and shipping costs. These will be charged separately, depending on the country, goods value, and can be found in our shipping cost schedule. Delivery will only be made after fulfillment of all obligations of the buyer (ordering, payment, acceptance of terms and conditions). Shipping takes place within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise agreed, to the delivery address specified by the customer. The shipment of the ordered goods is carried out with Österreichische Post AG. Partial deliveries are permissible. No additional shipping costs will be charged. Complaints about partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to reject further delivery or the entire order.
