Our Iso Fit Sportdrink is the optimal solution: our hypotonic drink powder consists of dextrose as well as valuable minerals and vitamins. It ensures effective hydration through high-quality grape sugar and helps to balance your electrolyte levels.
Vitamins such as vitamin C, B6, and niacin contribute to a normal energy metabolism and to reducing fatigue and tiredness. Additionally, our Iso Fit Sportdrink impresses with good solubility, refreshing taste, and a large variety of flavors.
1: Carbohydrate solutions contribute to the improvement of physical performance during intensive and prolonged physical activity in trained adults. The beneficial effect only occurs in trained adults who undertake intensive (min. 65% of VO2max) and prolonged (min. 60 minutes) physical effort.
2: Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after very intensive and/or very long physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The positive effect is achieved by consuming a total of 4 g of carbohydrates per kg body weight from all sources in individual doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the end of the very intensive and/or long physical exercise.
Preparation:
- Mix one serving (16 g) with 500 ml of water
Application:
- 1-2 servings daily
- during your activity to supply high-quality glucose
- after your activity to balance the electrolyte level
