EAA = Essential Amino Acids
Our EAAs consist of the 8 essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the body on its own and therefore must be obtained through diet.
Especially for fitness athletes and strength athletes, who have an increased need due to athletic, enduring activities and intense training sessions, EAAs should be supplemented.
In addition to the essential amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of proteins, our EAAs also contain important BCAAs.
