What can plant-based proteins do?

With a vegan diet, it is often not easy to consume enough protein. This is especially true when a lot of sports are practiced, and thus the protein requirement is increased. Here, our vegan shakes are the perfect supplement and, with many different varieties, also provide variety.

After exercising, a protein intake of about 20g is recommended – this is covered by a portion of our vegan shakes.

 

Pea protein has a somewhat better digestibility than soy protein and is not considered an allergen.

Soybeans have a slightly higher protein content and contain more essential amino acids than peas.
