General Information

Natural Power conducts sweepstakes on Instagram as part of its online presence. These are organized exclusively by Natural Power and only on Instagram, and they have no connection to META.

Participants

Participation is possible for all natural persons (not companies, associations, etc.) who are at least 18 years old and reside in Austria or Germany.

Participation

Participation in sweepstakes is achieved by liking and/or commenting on the sweepstakes post. One entry per person per sweepstake is possible.

Prize Draw

The prize draw will be conducted using a random generator. Winners will be announced in the Natural Power story and contacted via private message.

If winners do not respond within 2 business days after being contacted by Natural Power, the claim to the prize will expire and the prize will be redrawn.

A cash redemption or payment of the prize as well as legal proceedings are excluded. The respective prize is strictly for personal use and may not be resold or auctioned. A violation will result in a disqualification from future prize draws.

Data Protection Notice

For the dispatch of the prize, Natural Power requires the full name and address of the winners. The data will be permanently deleted after the prize has been dispatched.
